The RCA Trust, formerly known as Renfrew Council on Alcohol, is an addictions charity based in Paisley Scotland and has been around since the late 1970s. The organization was first set up as a club for men to go and socialize without alcohol, as they were struggling with addiction. Over time they rebranded to The RCA Trust and moved onto cover all sorts of addictions, primarily concentrating on drugs and alcohol within the Renfrewshire Postcode.
In 2006 we were one of the first addiction services to start helping people with gambling related harms and now operate as part of the National Gambling Support Network.
RCA Trust is the regional provider of education, prevention, treatment, and support services covering the whole of Scotland for gambling related harms and now offers a wide range of services to ensure each induvial receives the correct prevention and treatment plan that they require. The focus is very much on the clients’ individual needs and wants and a complete holistic approach is tailored to each client’s requirements. We offer group sessions, in person one-to-one counselling, Microsoft team calls and telephone phone call appointments. As well as this, we have practitioners based throughout Scotland to aid in recovery.

I can fully recommend the support they give.
