A moment to reflect.

Today marks the 23rd anniversary of the horrific events of 9/11.  Whilst this happened in the USA it was felt throughout the world as we watched with shock as the tragedy unfolded.  For many it was the start of a lifetime change as thousands left their civilian lives and signed up to join the Armed Forces, for others it was the start of a journey through grief.  So today, let us just take a moment to reflect on the lives lost, the emergency service personnel who responded with courage and fortitude, and for those that are left with the scars both physical and mental.
