On the water in Boroughbridge and at Ellerton park lake

We've had a couple of great training days recently.

Last week I went out with the Yorkshire sea kayaking club at Boroughbridge, it was great to get a few miles done with them and to talk about the challenge ahead.

Then on Saturday we got the team together for some training and interviews with Heathcliff O’Malley from The Telegraph. We also had the chance to talk through the expedition all together and get some ideas of what can be done to further ourselves. Some of the team are going away with the Army soon, so this was a great opportunity.
